Starting 0.9 series focused on seamless operation. Complete backup and restore system for easy upgrades. Subordinate agents can now have specialized roles with dedicated prompt profiles.

- Backup and restore system - transfer data between instances with configurable folders, dry run support, and conflict resolution
- Subordinate agent prompt profiles - agents can select specialized roles (developer, researcher, hacker) for subordinates
- Developer and researcher agent prototypes with step-by-step role-specific instructions

- Prompt override system now per-agent instead of global (only applies to agent zero, subordinates choose their own)
- Backup includes chat history, memories, settings, API keys, and custom knowledge
