1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Agent Zero Community platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

The Platform operates on the Base blockchain and is powered by Web3 technology. It utilizes the A0T token's staking and signature mechanisms to enable planned community governance areas such as improvement proposals, topic voting, and prioritization. Governance activity on the Platform is non-binding community feedback and does not create an obligation for the Agent Zero team to implement, approve, reject, or prioritize any proposal, vote result, comment, or roadmap signal.

3. User Responsibility

3.1. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your own risk and discretion.
3.2. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, wallet credentials, and any other authentication methods used to access the Platform.
3.3. You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible and we cannot assist in recovering lost tokens, reversing transactions, or undoing staking actions.
3.4. You acknowledge that staking (time-locking) your tokens is done at your own risk, and we bear no responsibility for any potential losses or inability to access staked tokens during the staking period.

4. No User Data Collection

4.1. The Platform does not collect personal user data or employ traditional user identification methods.
4.2. All interactions with the Platform are conducted through Web3 wallets and the A0T token's signature mechanism.
4.3. While this enhances privacy, you acknowledge that we cannot provide account recovery services or personalized support that would require user identification.

5. Content and Moderation

5.1. We are not responsible for any user-posted content on the Platform.
5.2. We reserve the right to moderate and remove content that violates our Community Rules.
5.3. We do not pre-screen content but may review and remove content that is reported or discovered to violate our rules.
5.4. By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.

6. Blockchain Risks

6.1. You acknowledge that blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies involve significant risks, including but not limited to price volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and technical vulnerabilities.
6.2. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from blockchain network issues, smart contract bugs, or other technical failures outside our direct control.
6.3. You understand that transactions on the blockchain are public and immutable.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.
7.2. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
7.3. Our total liability for any claims relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid (if any) to use the Platform in the past six months.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agent Zero operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
