LLM API Service Terms and Conditions

This API service is a free, bonus feature for the Agent Zero community. It is not a commercial or paid offering, and is provided solely as a courtesy to A0T token holders. By generating and using an API key, you agree fully to these terms and conditions.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service is a community-driven, complimentary feature for A0T token holders who stake their tokens. It provides proxy access to the Venice.ai Large Language Model (LLM) API, primarily for use within Agent Zero software. This is not a commercial service and is not intended to incentivize or encourage the purchase of A0T tokens for the purpose of API access. The Service is not marketed, sold, or offered for payment, and there are no guarantees of any kind regarding its use or availability.

2. No Guarantees, No Support, No Refunds

The Service is provided strictly "as is" and "as available" with no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, functionality, or fitness for any purpose. There is no customer support, no service level agreement, and no refunds or compensation under any circumstances. Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

3. Third-Party Service Disclaimer

The Service acts only as a proxy to the Venice.ai API. We are not responsible for the operation, content, or availability of the Venice.ai service. Any content generated via the Venice.ai API is the sole responsibility of the user and Venice.ai. We are not responsible for any violations of Venice.ai's terms of service by users, nor do we monitor or enforce compliance. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all applicable terms and laws.

4. Quota and Information

Usage quota is determined dynamically and is not guaranteed. For details on quota calculation, see the about API page. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Service or quota at any time without notice.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We do not track, monitor, or manipulate the content of your communications with Venice.ai. The only data collected is non-sensitive information required for quota calculation and system operation:

  • Request count
  • Model name used
  • Input and output token counts
This information is not considered sensitive and is not subject to additional protection beyond our standard practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

We accept no responsibility or liability for any content generated, for any downtime or unavailability, or for any misuse of the Service. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is a community experiment and feature, provided without obligation.

7. User Agreement

By using our API key and the Service, you agree to all of these terms and conditions. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any future changes. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
