NeuralMind — Persistent Codebase Memory

dfrostar

36

Persistent memory for AI coding agents over MCP. NeuralMind indexes a codebase into a weighted code graph, learns which files belong together from real usage, and returns compressed, ranked context — 12-50× per-query token reduction. Local-first: no telemetry, no repository content transmitted (one outbound call: a one-time public embedding-model download, pre-seedable for air-gapped installs). Point Agent Zero's MCP config at `neuralmind-mcp` to share one learned memory across sessions.

MCP Agent Access Control

Per-agent/per-profile whitelist for MCP servers. Scope global MCP servers to specific agent profiles so each agent only sees and can call the MCP tools it needs (e.g. AWS servers only for AWS agents), keeping agent0 clean. Hides disallowed servers from the prompt and hard-blocks unauthorized calls.
