Gives Agent Zero its own Obsidian vault. Exposes obsidian-cli so the agent can read, create, search, and organize markdown notes, daily notes, and tasks in an A0-owned vault that persists outside the plugin (preserved on uninstall). Adds an Obsidian icon to the Canvas rail showing the live app (graph view + editor) via a self-healing screencast surface. Ships skills for note-taking and for keeping a clean, linked, project-first vault.
